Standard project (Standard / Premium): 4-6 weeks from first contact to install completion. Complex project (Signature, permits, structural work): 8-14 weeks.
Payment schedule?
30% deposit on contract signing, 50% when materials ship from manufacturer, 20% on install completion + your sign-off.
What if I want to change something mid-project?
Change order procedure — documented, with cost and schedule impact. Minor changes in Premium tier carry a fee (~$50-200 per change). Major changes (profile swap) — separate re-quote.
What if I'm not in Batumi?
Full remote project management — WhatsApp daily, photo report every 2 days, video walkthrough at 3 milestones (pre-install, mid-install, completion). Contract by email, payment by bank wire.
What if you cause a delay?
If we cause a delay of 5+ days — we adjust price or issue credit toward future service. External factors (permits, weather) — we disclose upfront and reschedule transparently.
Permit — who handles it?
